Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Clyde Steven Young, chartered accountant of O’Halloran & Company Limited, was appointed liquidator of Strobe NZ Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of October 2005 at 4.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of October 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
