Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of August 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Mount Joy Farm Limited be liquidated and that Alan Raymond Macdonald, of Macdonald and Associates Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of August 2005 at 1.00 p.m.
