Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 27th day of September 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Awapuni Cool Pack Limited be voluntarily liquidated and that Christopher J. Torrie, chartered accountant of McCullochs, Gisborne, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of September 2005.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of companies.
