Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Paul Ferguson Macnicol, chartered accountant of Warkworth, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator of Mahurangi Cleaning Services Limited on the 26th day
of August 2005 at 3.00 p.m., at which date and time
the liquidation commenced by a special resolution of the shareholders of Mahurangi Cleaning Services Limited.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company’s solvency and, accordingly, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
