Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Blair Jeffrey Smith and
Bruce Allen Dring, chartered accountants of Sherwin Chan & Walshe, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of DRLOLD Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of October 2005.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 14th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
