Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of October 2005 at 11.18 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Mark Lawrence and Anthony John McCullagh, of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of Tomarata Estates Limited (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed the 11th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
