Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Adrian Walker and Mark Ian Clapson, chartered accountants of Walker & Co Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Video Stop Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of September 2005 at 2.30 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 11th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
