Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of September 2005 at 1.00 p.m., it
was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Bronstein Properties Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of September 2005.
