Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 19th day of September 2005 at 11.01 a.m., when the High Court, Whangarei, appointed Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
