Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of September 2005 at 2.00 p.m., Clive Ashley Johnson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes the 18th day of November 2005, as the day on or before which the
creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
