Notice of Appointment of Liquidator of a
Solvent Company
On the 26th day of September 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Manukau Buildings Limited be liquidated and that Peter Ralph Clarke, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of September 2005.
