Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 28th day of September 2005, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, by special resolution, appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators of the above-named company.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
