Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 2nd day of February 2005 at 10.00 a.m., a special resolution was signed by the shareholders stating that the company be liquidated and Clive Anthony Quinn be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that as liquidator of Ayres (N.Z.) Limited
(in liquidation), I fix the 9th day of March 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
