Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of September 2005 at 12.00 midday, it
was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TSD Autos Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of September 2005.
