Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Russell George Hornsey, chartered accountant of McFarlane Hornsey Simpson Limited, was appointed liquidator of Birmingham Estates Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of September 2005 at 9.00 a.m.
