Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above named company on the 19th day of September 2005 at 10.05 a.m., appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland,
as liquidators.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 21st day of October 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before they have lodged their claim or be excluded from objecting to the distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
