Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators
Bruce McCallum, chartered accountant, and Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner, were appointed interim liquidators jointly and severally of Roslea Path Limited
(in interim liquidation) on the 19th day of September 2005 at 4.00 a.m., by the High Court at Auckland.
Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect of the company should provide details to the liquidators urgently.
