Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that I, Mark Adriaan van Rossem, have been appointed liquidator of Stephens & Meder Investments Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, on the 24th day of January 2005 at 12.00 midday.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 28th day of February 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
