Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of September 2005 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated voluntarily and that Malcolm John Webster, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 14th day of October 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
