Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 5th day of September 2005 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Te Y Creations Limited be liquidated and that Paul Andrew de Lacey, of de Lacey
& Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
A declaration of solvency has been signed by the directors and delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Te Y Creations Limited (in liquidation), does hereby fix the 28th day of October 2005, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
