Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of September 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Northeast Developments Limited be liquidated and that Craig Emerson Speakman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of September 2005 at 8.35 a.m.
