Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of September 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mid Island 2004 Limited
be liquidated and that Colin F. Currie, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Friday, the 2nd day of September 2005 at 2.30 p.m.
