Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Shingle Peak Farms No.2 Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 1st day of September 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of September 2005 at 10.20 a.m.
