Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that, by order of the Court, the above-named company, in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, is to be wound up and that Warwick John Ainger, chartered accountant of Ainger Tomlin, Chartered Accountants, Christchurch, has been appointed as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of July 2005 at 2.30 p.m.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 30th day of September 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
