Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies
Act 1993, and in the matter of Potaka Work Trust
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of July 2005
at 9.23 a.m., Potaka Work Trust was placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above named trust pursuant to an order by the High Court
at Gisborne.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of July 2005.
