Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of T.S. Witte Holdings Limited (in liquidation) commenced on the 29th day of August 2005 at 11.30 a.m., when the members appointed Dennis Lloyd McLaughlin as liquidator, in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
Any inquiries by creditors, shareholders or members may be directed to the liquidator.
