Public Notice of Appointment of liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 23rd day of August 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Vega Distributors Limited be liquidated and that M. J. Millard and C. T. Boyle, of O’Connor Richmond, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
