Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Anthony Elms, chartered accountant of Martin Jarvie PKF, was appointed liquidator of Tirade Limited.
The liquidation commenced on Thursday, the 25th day of August 2005 at 9.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Friday, the 16th day of September 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
