Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 25th day of August 2005 at 12.20 p.m., a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Warwick Dartnall Peacock be appointed liquidator.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Loss Management International Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 29th day of September 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
