Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 19th day of August 2005 at 2.00 p.m., it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b)
of the Companies Act 1993, that UM Limited be put in liquidation and that David Bernard Robinson, solicitor of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator has fixed the 30th day of September 2005,
as the last day for creditors to make a claim in accordance with section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim by that time will be excluded from any distribution of the company’s assets.
