Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by
a special resolution of the shareholders on the 20th day of August 2005 at 4.00 p.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of August 2005, being the date of my consent to my appointment.
The directors have certified that the company is in a solvent state.
Accordingly, the liquidation is that of a solvent company.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Heriot Dairy Limited, I fix the 30th day of September 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
