Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Colin Pauling Associates Limited (in liquidation) on the 19th day of August 2005 at 12.37 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator fixes the 5th day of September 2005, as
the day on or before which the creditors of Colin Pauling Associates Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
