Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above named company on the 3rd day of August 2005, passed a resolution appointing Peri Micaela Finnigan and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above named company will accordingly be held at the offices of McDonald Vague, Level Five, DDB Building, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, on Friday, the 26th day of August 2005 at 2.00 p.m.
Business
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
