Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 12th day of August 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, that Tresidder Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of August 2005 at 11.45 a.m.
