Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of July 2005 at 10.30 a.m., Alastair Gordon Gustafson was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of July 2005.
