Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Brookland NZ Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) on the 10th day of August 2005 at 4.55 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
