Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 283 (2)
of the Companies Act 1993, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as replacement liquidators of Upper Harbour Developments Limited on the 11th day of August 2005 at 2.54 p.m., in place of Curtis John Mountfort.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of July 2005,
by resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 11th day of October 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
