Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Stewart Patrick Perkins, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of Southland Truss & Precut Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 4th day of August 2005 at 2.30 p.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
