Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
Stuart D. Robertson was appointed liquidator of the
above-named companies by special resolution of
the shareholders, under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the 25th day of July 2005 at 10.05 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.
Notice of that resolution has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Act.
The liquidator fixes the 26th day of August 2005, as the day on or before which creditors of any of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
