Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Ronald Leslie Bavage, chartered accountant of Wellsford, was appointed liquidator of Payne Motors Limited on the 28th day of July 2005 at 11.00 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Payne Motors Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 1st day of September 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
