Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Burge and Brian Walshe were appointed joint and several liquidators of Lewis Paape Gallery Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of July 2005
at 9.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 19th day of August 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
