Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Subsequent to the directors filing a resolution as to solvency, Alastair James Gibson, chartered accountant of Rotorua, was appointed liquidator of the company by special resolution of the shareholders on the 27th day of July 2005 at 2.30 p.m., the date and time the liquidation commenced.
