Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Malcolm Grant Hollis and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the above-named trust by a special resolution of the trustees on
the 19th day of January 2005.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of January 2005, being the date of our consent to the appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of Aoga Amata Aotearoa Incorporated, we fix the 18th day of February 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
