Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 255 (2)
of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders have resolved to place the named companies into liquidation and to appoint Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator for that purpose on the dates and times below:

CLM Industries Limited (in liquidation) at 5.36 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 15th day of August 2005, as the last day in which the creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
