Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Cederman Logging Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 27th day of June 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of June 2005 at 10.14 a.m.
Creditors may make inquiries to the liquidators, whose address is care of Insolvency Management Limited, Level Four, 728 Colombo Street, Christchurch.
