Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Broadthorne Corporation Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 21st day of June 2005 to
be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of June 2005 at 10.55 a.m.
