Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Crosshaven Holdings Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 18th day of July 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of July 2005 at 10.25 a.m.
Creditors may make inquiries to the liquidators, whose address is care of Insolvency Management Limited, Level Six, Burns House, 10 George Street, Dunedin.
