Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge and Brian Joseph Walshe were appointed joint and several liquidators of TCD 5 Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of July 2005
at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Monday, the 15th day of August 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
