Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court on the 18th day of July 2005.
The liquidation commenced upon our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of Valleygirl Wellington Co. Limited, we fix the 18th day of August 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
