Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of January 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Back 2 Basics Media Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, be appointed for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of January 2005 at 10.10 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 1st day of March 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
